I invite you to relax and unwind with a guided meditation followed by the soothing and healing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, shamanic drums, chimes, rainsticks and more.
Feel free to bring a yoga mat, pillow, blanket, and/or anything else you may need to be comfortable as you drift into a state of bliss.
